RL6:Peer Review is a flexible module that assists organizations to evaluate the quality and appropriateness of services performed. RL6:Peer Review can be used to document an investigation related to a specific event, ongoing or focused profession practice evaluations (i.e. OPPE/FPPE), or morbidity and mortality reviews. The ultimate goal is to find ways to monitor and improve the quality of medical care.

RL6:PeerReview provides four out-of-the-box forms (i.e. for standard, nursing, M&M, and event reviews) which organizations can configure according to their needs. In each form, users can choose from four types of peer reviews:
